NYC Express Deli started with one location on South Pleasant Street in Springdale and a straightforward idea: cook everything to order, season it properly, and charge a price that lets people eat here twice a week instead of twice a year.

That is why the menu looks the way it does. Chicken over rice sits next to a Philly cheese steak, which sits next to an egg and cheese roll you can order at ten at night. A New York deli never made you choose a lane, and neither do we. If you want lamb chops on rice for lunch and a hotdog with eggs for dinner, both are on the board.

Word got around. The second location opened on West Hudson Road in Rogers, running the same recipes out of the same playbook. Same white sauce, same basmati rice, same people checking the food before it goes out the window.

We are a family run kitchen, and that shows up in small ways you might not notice until you have been in a few times. Somebody remembers you order the falafel extra crispy. Somebody throws in an extra white sauce because you always ask. The Springdale location sits inside a gas station, which surprises people right up until the food arrives.
